As a full-time mom, part-time writer, I am quite the contented person. Motherhood fulfills my nurturing instincts, and freelance writing fulfills my never-ending creative cravings.

I enjoy life with Brian, my best friend since 1987 and husband since 1990. I juggle daily life by sheer determination and trying to maintain a good sense of humor. Our daughters, Chelsea and Chloe, make my freelance efforts no easy task, but I seem to thrive on the challenge.

My oldest daughter, when she learned I was a writer, said, "Wow. I didn't know you could be a mommy AND something else."
